酒店回复: We understand and looked into your reservation, seeing that you did book a king room in the private manor building. Had we any availability to move you into the main hunting lodge we absolutely would have, but we were sold out for that time. Please let us know when you plan on returning and we will make sure you are in the main hunting lodge.

My husband and I stayed here and wow..what a gorgeous hotel. Our room was very large clean and quiet. We enjoyed the cozy lobby with a cocktail at night and breakfast was very good. We will definitely stay here again! ❤️

Tremendous Time at the Grand Bohemian in Ashe
Upon arrival I was greeted by the very kind and informative front desk fellows. The Lobby has extremely unique decor which reminds me of a hunting cabin. The restaurant and gift shop are all very close to the lobby and check in area. The room was spacious and nice. I very much enjoyed dinner in the main restaurant with an excellent server and excellent food. You can count on this restaurant. Coffee in the morning was great and I do appreciate this hotel, mostly due to the five star quality staff. It's a special experience and I will be back again.

Front desk very helpful and amazing. Valet excellent. Restaurant very good but wish they had a few more choices.
Could use a sundry shop. Mainly loco wear and jewelry

非常失望,在红鹿餐厅的房间里用餐。我打电话到餐厅点餐,他们却告诉我,如果是外带,他们无法接受订单,必须通过酒店前台。他们确实接受了我简单的订单——土豆泥和一份芝士通心粉。他们搞砸了,给了我两个土豆,尽管收据上写着我点的是什么。我打电话点餐时,他们告诉我要等很长时间……就为了土豆?!等待的时间真长。但是,当他们需要修改订单时,芝士通心粉花了15分钟才修改好。
一开始,他们说不收现金?!?但她错了,他们收现金,但等了10分钟才找零,找零的时候还少给了我1美元。我指出后,那位女士问我:“你真的要1美元吗?”……我对那里的服务很不满意,就离开了。
一年前我们在那里吃午饭,那天我们只有一张桌子,我们等了一个小时才拿到一个汉堡!
我们提早休息了,晚上8点15分,有人敲门,一直没停。我终于起身问是谁,是一位会说西班牙语的女士。我说“不会说西班牙语”,她问“水吗?”

多年来,我一直来这里和凯斯勒的其他酒店。我订了一间“大床房”,虽然住惯了,结果却被安排到“街对面”。这简直是“诱饵换汤”!洗手池太小,微型冰箱(连一瓶酒都放不下),没有浴缸,浴室也没有门?!?!!一切都与我之前的入住体验以及*******预订页面上的照片完全相反。如果一位忠实顾客就被这样对待,那我彻底放弃这家酒店了,以后再预订凯斯勒酒店时我会三思而后行。
