I was sent one way to my room, which was the wrong way and I had to walk a good distance. The room was cleaned and a maintenance guy came into my room before I checked out - I was in a conference.

Staff was totally unaccomodating when it came to room changes and left us in a ground floor room so we couldn't open drapes with people walking by all the time.

The lounge area here is very nice. When we got back from downtown (which is very close and easy to get to from here) we were able to grab a drink and cozy up by the fire. The room was clean and comfortable.

I did not know they allow dogs, for me that is a negative because someone across the hallway has 2 dogs that keeps fighting. Really sure it is going to be a sleepless night. The resort could use a facelift.

Concierge staff make up for dated look of property and grounds. Junior suite was clean and spacey.

Property is a little bit dated. Could have been a beautiful property. Overall it was okay.
