我们遇到的唯一问题是早餐从早上 7 点才开始供应,而由于我们来镇上参加舞蹈比赛,所以我们每天早上 7 点早餐时间之前就离开酒店
住宿体验一般
舒适度不错,清洁度也很好。然而,抵达后我们被告知泳池已关闭。这让我们很失望,因为我们预订这家酒店就是为了享受他们提供的便利设施。早餐供应时,超过一半的菜品是空的或缺货的。
虽然员工和管理层是这家酒店的优点,但酒店的整体状况却糟糕透顶。房间清洁度很差,空调/暖气坏了,无法调节或关闭,而且在一年中最冷的一周里,温度还停留在最冷的档位。
这家酒店刚开业时我就住在这里,体验很棒。这次酒店需要翻新和维护。浴缸的填缝剂很脏,长满了棕色的霉点,还出现了裂缝。家具看起来破旧不堪。床和床单都还好。阴凉处有裂缝。整体来说可以更干净一些。前台服务非常好。
酒店很棒,******* 收了我们多钱。广告价格是 110 美元(含税费),结果我被收了 135 美元,还有些零钱。不知道怎么退款,所以对 ******* 的广告价格要保持警惕。
