Clean everything!! Great staff and good breakfast. Room was super comfortable. Didn’t even want to get up from the bed.

Nice, Stay, Decent clean rooms!
Went on Saturday, The pool and Hot tub was taken over by a whole bunch of kids , and I mean little kids, No chance for any adults to enjoy the hot tub!

The hotel hosted 3 birthday parties overnight with dozens of noisy unsupervised children running through the hallway and over filling the pool and hot tub.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Kids ran through the halls all night knocking on doors & running away. Where were the parents?? A lot of foot traffic all night with doors opening & closing all night long. Our thermostat did not work in our room. It kept flipping from heat to A/C…too much for the money I paid. THE GHETTO!! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!

Listed below are a few challenges we encountered.
Room: Not properly cleaned. There were stains and unclean food/beverage juice on the area above the microwave. The desk was a little dirty as well. The bedding did not fit well, seemed as if it wanted to come off.
Staff: The lady at the front desk was not presentable. I understand she was not feeling well but it was evident she was sleeping in the back area. Her hair was disarrayed. She could use sick days.
Guest: Kids were running up and down the hall after 11:00pm. It was my worst hotel experience thus far. This was surprising for the Marriott's name. I understand you are not able to control your guest behavior; however, they should have been put out of the hotel so others could rest. When I called the front desk the lady said they are loud again! So I assume someone else reported it as well. If it's a continued behavior why not have them leave since it's disturbing others.

A pleasant place to stay. Complimentary hot breakfast. Friendly staff. I would stay here again.

They said that since I arrived Thursday they didn’t come back Friday to clean up. Then water was cold . Some young people stayed there being really loud in the hallways and nothing was done about it. Ridiculous breakfast. Eggs were horrible
整体都还算不错，就是早茶花样变化少一点点
1.是从底特律机场(DTW)前往酒店的。
2.这次酒店是给出差的同事预订的，他的上一次住宿也选了同品牌的酒店(万豪Spring Hill) ,我们相信他的品味和眼光。
员工热情友好，住宿条件令人满意，早餐也很不错。这里是商务旅行的理想下榻之处。
