房间非常干净，早餐区也非常干净，还有免费的机场接送，司机人非常好
离机场近，孩子到机场晚了都会住在那里，房间也算干净，床比较大，就是提前定比入住当天定贵了快200块钱了
前台服务超级好。我当时锁不上门闩，洗手池的排水口也堵住了，所以要求换一间房。他爽快地答应了。后来我们发现房间里的咖啡壶里没有Keurig咖啡杯了。总之，工作人员很友好，乐于助人，但管理层需要更关注大楼和客人的需求。机场接送服务很棒。
我深夜入住，结果早上8点不到就被巨大的噪音吵醒了。我向窗外望去，发现我的房间正在被拆迁。我走到外面一看，才发现只有酒店的那个角落被拆迁了，我本来应该被安排在酒店的其他地方。前台和另一位办公室工作人员对此毫不关心。我已经写信给经理，希望得到回复。我确信他们的行为是违法的。
我预订的房间没用上，因为那位94岁老顾客的司机把他送到了西塞罗假日酒店，据说这家酒店离机场最近，而且没有他的预订。还好那里有空位。你们的系统没能发现他确实有预订，却被送到了错误的酒店，这让我很不开心。
浴室水槽的排水管坏了。根本没法用。
电视完全没用，连不上YouTube或Netflix，里面也没有频道。
我们打电话通知工作人员我们晚点来，但他们无视我们打电话的原因，还强行向我们推销信用卡。
很棒的住宿体验
旅行了一整天后，终于能入住一家干净的酒店，真是太好了！前台的姑娘人很好，真是太好了。房间很宽敞，浴室也很大，有足够的空间放洗漱用品，淋浴间也很大。总而言之，这次住宿体验很棒！
那里根本没有网上说的那种日光浴床或水疗中心，泳池又热又脏，如果我知道那里根本没有网上说的那种设施，我就会花这么多钱去别的地方了。
SYR 的住宿体验很棒
非常适合赶早班飞机的过夜住宿。地理位置优越，靠近机场，附近还有几家便利的餐厅。
糟糕的入住体验
这是我经历过的最糟糕的入住体验。大厅里人越来越多，我等了一个多小时。我的房间还没准备好入住，我实在等不及超过两个小时了。
