Room was spotless other than a suspicious stain on the sheets that we did not notice until LATE at night. It was obviously an OLD stain so it was not an issue and not the kind that would have caused an “ick” factor lol!
The weather was VERY cold and the room temp struggled to keep up. But for one night it wasnt an issue.
We WILL stay there again!!!

1. My son walks with crutches.
2. When I checked in I requested extra towels and a shower chair. They got me the chair about 45 minutes later No Towels. I asked the man that brought the chair for towels too. I’m not even sure if he understood English but either way we went out for dinner and got back after 11 still no towels. Then went to bed and did not sleep because the toilet ran all night. I ask hotel for a refund but they were unable because it was third party booked with *******.

有史以来最糟糕的住宿体验。
616房间的淋浴间连续两天都堵塞，而且散发着下水道的臭味。周六晚上，一位名叫工程师的员工在两次尝试打开房间后，终于破门而入，证实了房间里有腐臭味。此前，他本人、两位不同的客房服务员都用他们的万能钥匙尝试过，还用我们被指控“动过”的三套不同的钥匙尝试打开过房间。
房间还可以，但并不一尘不染。浴室淋浴间里发现了头发，淋浴间边缘还有褐色的污垢。
员工非常友好，我在酒吧吃的沙拉新鲜又美味。我的房间很舒适，床和淋浴都很棒。
