Breakfast was super. From prefilled waffle cups and a waffle iron with a flat area to melt butter. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Very clean hotel. Comfortable beds Great parking. Clean bathroom. Ice machine on floor working and full.

I always stay at Hampton Inn, and this location is part of Hilton and honored my rewards, which I really appreciated. The hotel is set away from heavy traffic, so it was nice and quiet during my stay. The parking lot and the foyer were both very clean and well maintained.I booked a king room on the sixth floor, and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I had a good night’s sleep and felt very relaxed the next morning. The hotel is conveniently close to shopping areas, restaurants, and especially to Fort Lee, which made getting around very easy. Overall, this was a pleasant stay and I plan to stay at this property again when I visit the area. Thank you Miriam for your welcoming and kindness.

Parking lot is full of trash. Hotel is not in a good area. At check in, there was no one present at the front desk. Finally, an annoyed staff member came out the back who seemed to be disgruntled with me just existing and took some time to check me in. The elevator was nasty and seemed like it was going to break. Room was okay. There was barely any breakfast items at 7:30 a.m. No waffle mix. Someone asked a lady who was working in the breakfast space for waffle mix and the person seemed to be upset that she was asked to do anything and disappeared. The tables in this space were nasty with crumbs and food remnants everywhere. Staff is clearly just there for a paycheck and to go home. We ended up having to go out to eat since they did not want to make the effort to provide the breakfast they claimed they served. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Ordered a 6 person room, ended up getting a 3 person room. The air conditioner was broken. The ceiling had holes in it. The staff was rude, and the breakfast was terrible. Plus there were people smoking in the pool, and the halls reeked of ****. Again, if I could leave 0 stars I would.

Hampton Inns have until now been my choice for road trip stays. That is no longer the case. Whether franchise holders are not adhering to past standards or standards have been relaxed I don’t know, but my night at this lodging was perhaps the least satisfactory ever. My first room had a hole in the wall above the desk where a mirror had been removed. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken but I didn’t notice that at first. Reading light was okay but not as good as usual. I asked to change rooms and was given one with two beds and no armchair or floor lamp. Lighting was poor. Only place to sit was desk chair or edge of bed. TV remote was challenging to work and channel selection minimal. Toilet barely flushed. (And why are the toilets so low that using them makes senior knees hurt?) There was perhaps half a roll of toilet paper on the holder and no extra roll to be seen. I can’t speak to the free breakfast because I left without trying any and chose to stop later for a reliable fast food breakfast. Im Whole place felt like a cheap motel, but it wasn’t inexpensive. The experience undermined my trust in Hilton’s Hampton Inn brand.

Was a nice hotel, big rooms, comfy bed and pillow and worth the stay when traveling from NY to Myrtle Beach. The pull out trundle was great, however they need to replace the mattress as my teen son could feel every spring in it. I tried it out, was awful. Other than that a great hotel. Pool is tiny!!! and over chlorinated.

Are you looking for a nice place for the night on your way south or north on Interstate 95? Well this is the place. Convenient to the highway and very clean and new. Surrounded by lots of restaurants. Special thanks to Susie whose smile and pleasant welcome was appreciated after a long day of driving. This will be my stop on all my road trips north and south.

The hotel was in a decent area and not too far from the freeway or base. Check in was handled professionally by the front desk manager. My room was well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the room HVAC was in working order and kept the room warm (or as warm as I liked it) The bathroom was well lit, and clean. The toilet seemed to have lower pressure (it could’ve just been the type of toilet), the shower while warm also seemed to have a lower pressure than expected. There was two other issues which were mentioned during my stay and were handled expodisisouly. Breakfast was decent, the premade omelets were the highlight. The waffle and the bacon were only ok. Overall I would recommend this hotel

The previous hotel reviews were iffy, but we gave it a go, and it was great!! The room, beds and bathroom were all super clean and in excellent condition (others have referenced it was recently renovated) and comfortable. Breakfast was great, overall no complaints at all - would absolutely stay here again, and great value.

You can tell that this hotel just underwent extensive renovations and the facelift looks great. We usually stay at the Hilton Garden Inn across the street each year for Virginia State's Homecoming, but this hotel had a better price point, so we decided to try it and had a great stay. The staff was excellent and the rooms look nice and fresh. Housekeeping seemed to take great pride in keeping the hotel looking like new as our room and the common areas throughout the hotel were clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Bed was comfy, internet was fast, room had lots of electrical outlets/internet ports. The shower pressure wasn't great, but OK. Walmart, Target, Sam's Club and Chic-fil-A are almost right next door and SouthPark Mall with Macy's and JC Penny are a stone's throw away. Breakfast included the typical offerings-oatmeal, cereals, boiled eggs and omelets, pork bacon or sausage and a waffle maker. Even though this hotel isn't new like the Delta and TownPlace Suites that just opened, it is well positioned to continue to compete it this market. I travel on business often and spend over 100 nights a year in hotels and would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
