房间没有水 需要跟柜台索取 浴室有上一位房客使用的肥皂 房间灯光昏暗 电视老旧 整体比预期中差 但是同等价格比起其他的饭店算是非常不错了

酒店员工很友好,酒店的主要区域看起来也不错。入住手续办理不太理想,停车位太小。我建议先把车停在隔壁的坡道再办理入住。房间还行,但浴室有点脏,淋浴间里有头发,不是我们的。我们在床下发现了碎屑。我们住的时间不长,所以还好,但我不会再住那里了。
我不得不扣掉一颗星……这家酒店很棒,房间也很舒适。但是我们付的价钱,竟然还要额外付停车费,然后每人 20 美元的早餐费,而早餐的选择真的不比我们前一天晚上在 Econolodge 吃的更好?你是认真的吗?对于这么贵的早餐,你至少应该期待一些新鲜的鸡蛋和香肠或类似的东西。是的,有新鲜水果。但是鸡蛋只有袋装的冷煮鸡蛋,其他的都是碳水化合物。我是糖尿病前期患者,不能以糖和碳水化合物来开始新的一天,我需要蛋白质。我不得不强忍着怒火,把煮鸡蛋咽下去,同时还要为花那么多钱而感到愤怒。
我们浴室的镜子上全是牙膏,其中一个灯罩上有很多很大的污渍。太恶心了。没有纸和笔。而且没有免费停车!付了房费的人应该可以免停车费。如果价格合适,我还会再住这里。

他们没有收取预期的每晚50美元的押金/押金,外加每晚的停车费。我到前台办理入住时,被收取了全额住宿费(我通过*******预付),他们说是操作错误,应该从*******卡扣款,并表示会将每晚的费用退还到我的卡上,大概3-5个工作日内到账。我入住的第二天晚上,他们又试图从我的信用卡上扣款231美元和115美元,但我已冻结了信用卡。我回国后会联系酒店管理层和Capital One。

晚餐用外带盒
我们在酒店餐厅吃饭,要了外带盒。我们觉得盒子里有碎屑非常奇怪,仔细一看,发现上面贴着皱巴巴的贴纸。这些盒子肯定以前用过。只有一名服务员负责所有客人的服务。当我们告诉前台经理这次经历时,他们说除了传达信息外,他们别无选择。
如果您的外带盒用完了,只需告知客人即可,不要自找麻烦。
