Our room and service was great, however, the breakfast could use an upgrade. The bananas were over-ripe, brown sugar was hard, and eggs etc were just warm. The lobby coffee on my first morning was cold. Also cokes in the pantry were flat- I tried 2 of them.

Would have given better reviews but the staff at the front desk weren't helpful in any way and were just rude. We were supposed to have connecting rooms (clicked that option when booking) but once we arrived they said we couldn't do that and then put one of our rooms on the 2nd floor and one on the 3rd. I asked if we could pay more to make it happen and she shrugged her shoulders and said "theres nothing i can do for you about that, we are fully booked"... they indeed were NOT booked up - the 3 nights we were there, the entire parking lot had a max of 15 vehicles, 20 at the absolute most.

这对我来说没用，因为我带着十几岁的儿子……所以他们给我安排了一张折叠床，简直糟透了。有背部问题的人千万别睡这张床。
房间一进门就有一股难闻的气味，所以我们不得不一直开着空调和风扇，结果噪音很大，根本没法睡。
早餐糟透了。总的来说，非常令人失望。不会再来了。
我们预订了三位成人的房间，结果只有一张特大床。这简直是********问题，因为我是通过第三方预订的，所以酒店除了给我们一张婴儿床外，什么也做不了。我儿子不得不自己住一间。真糟糕，********。
入住时被告知没有空房……我们原定下午4点参加毕业典礼，结果刚开了3个小时的车！经理说有人试图打电话给我……没接到！！他们想把我们送去纽约罗马！！！我们没地方住！！！凌晨1点开车3个小时回家！！！太恶心了！！！
酒店有一个很棒的健身中心，比我去过的大多数全尺寸健身房都要好。工作人员非常乐于助人，而且整体干净安静，非常适合我这次尤蒂卡之旅。
