Great location, Clean room, comfortable bed, family friendly. Smokers lounge was right by the exit doors. Breakfast was good but no one wiping tables and it was busy. Pool area needed towels.

This is a very nice, well-maintained hotel. The pool area especially is pleasant and we enjoyed a great soak in the hot tub. There’s a kiddie pool which provides some separation that elevates the adult aquatic experience. The breakfast is solid, the coffee is probably the best I’ve ever had with a free breakfast, all the public spaces are well-kept, the room itself was quite comfortable, especially the fluffy pillows.

The hotel was in a nice area, with gas, shopping & dining nearby. The hotel lobby and room were clean. During our 4 day stay, no one cleaned our room. I called down to the front desk and asked if rooms were cleaned daily, and they said, Yes. On day one about 11:00 a young man knocked on our door and asked if we wanted any clean towels. I assumed that he would clean the room later, but upon returning about midnight we noticed it was not cleaned. Day two, no offer of towels and the room was not cleaned. Day three, I called down again, by then we had no towels, our garbage cans were over-flowing and we had no toilet paper. A front desk person brought up the supplies we needed, and said someone would be in later (this was at noon) to clean our room. That never happened. Also, the breakfast was the same every day. When I've stayed at Holiday Inn Express before they change up the eggs and had cheese or veggie mini omelets, and ham or bacon. They did add dry french toast one day and biscuits & gravy the next day. (eggs, potatoes & meat were the same for three mornings) Not sure it was worth the $300+, I paid per night.

Decent location in relation to downtown Winona. Pool was very busy at the time of stay. Would be great to have adult-only hour from 10-11pm. Also, offer breakfast later in the morning (until 10am).

Clean & nice rooms, friendly staff, decent breakfast option BUT its right by a gas station although convenient it can get loud with the high traffic constantly passing through. Thankfully I brought earbuds but you can still hear the loud cars and motorcycles. Even with the minor complaint I would stay here again.
