Room was musty smelling. Found bug in the shower. Extremely hot in the dining room. Food was ok.

Great staff! Mediocre room and breakfast.
We loved the customer service. Front desk check in staff was great! The room on the other hand was borderline average. Not very clean and smelled really bad. The front desk gave us dryer sheets to help with the stench. Didn’t do anything at all. The fruit in the breakfast area should have been thrown out….very old!

Great but needs new TV
This hotel had almost everything i like about a hotel in this area. Close to everything. The room smelled good the whole stay. They had hard water, premium channels and Netflix option, comfortable bed. Only issue room 107 (handicap room) was the TV needed replaced as pixel bulbs were dead in 7 spots.

Pool is out of service, unknown when it will be ready for use. Ice machine on 1st floor is not in service. Room door doesn't work properly. Staff was really nice

My room reserved w a king was not available on arrival. I was given a different room w 2 full beds instead. The tub was unclean ( I almost slipped on soap scum)
The breakfast was good. Overall did not live up to its name. I won’t be back.

Its a run down hotel. The AC was not working properly throughout the whole night. The bathroom sink cold water didn't work. It was constantly hot water that was coming out the sink. The tub was dirty and the room smelled bad. Luckily, me and my family was staying the night to get some sleep and thats it. I would not recommend this hotel to families!
