Very nice staff, but, checked in given room on 2nd floor. Off elevator filthy carpets and huge garbage bags of beer cans at each door. Went to our room which had not been cleaned.
Got room on 3rd floor. Noticed rat and bug traps on top of refrigerator, cabinet door off hinge, black hairs on bathroom floor. Window was broken as well

Room was clean, thought toilet appeared to be leaking and shower door did not close properly. And air conditioning unit had been left off, so room was too warm and muggy when I arrived. I still rate the hotel as good since I considered these minor conveniences that did not interrupt my stay.

The room was a bit smaller for a Spring Hill suites but still comfortable and clean, very quiet. The pool was not clean and there was a ceiling leak in the dining room that had not been repaired yet. May have been recent, the leak was still dripping. Staff was friendly and helpful

Three different rooms.. I just accepted the 3rd room offered because I was beyond exhausted. ...refrigerator broken. Smelled like urine, dirty couch and carpets.. stains everywhere.

The room we were given first was not cleaned. Sheets were slept in and towels were still dirty on the floor. Given a 2nd room and the reading lights in the bed didnt work and there was a hole in the wall where an outlet used to be.

Hello This Derrick Moselely And I Stayed In Hotel SpringHill Suites by Marriott Richmond North/Glen Allen Location On August 29th To August 31st Because Of My Wedding In That Area. The Only Issue I Had Was That I Stayed In Room 327 And The Pull Out Mattress From Under The Couch Had Like Alot Of Pee Stains On It And Blood Stains And It Smelled. So Me , My Wife And 2 Kids Had To Sleep In One Bed And Was Not Comfotable At All With Us In It. I Addressed It To The Lady At The Front Deal Of The Issue Of What Was Wrong And Also The Top Part Of The AC/ Heat Cover Came Off But Everything Else Was Okay.

We stayed four days and housekeeping never came, no fresh towels. All employees were very kind and friendly. The hotel was pretty clean for being under construction but the sheets didn’t fit the bed properly and had to be pulled back on several times throughout stay. Breakfast area was well kept and delicious.

This stay could be summed up : if it could go wrong, it did go wrong. Our first room was musty smelling and had no TV reception. A so-called maintenance man came to check on it, said he knew what was wrong and would be back; an hour and a half later never returned. The front desk moved us to another room, but the TV remote batteries were dead; had to replace them. In the shower the soap dispenser was empty. In trying to get some ice for our water bottles, ice machine empty. This will be our last stay here.And the room we were moved to was by the side entrance, so every one’s comings and goings were heard all night. And the first room had filthy carpet with pet stains and mold in the bathroom tub. All in all, a disaster!
