Hotel seems worn but it appears that updates are in progress so would stay again. The employee that greeted us and checked us in was AWESOME & very professional.

Breakfast was good. Location was very good. Guest service was also good. But rooms with queen beds are actually full not queen (too small for two people to share). And although we asked for room cleaning service requested with 24 hrs anticipation on our 6 days stay, they never did. We had to ask front desk for new towels and toilet paper twice.

Just an average hotel. Pool was closed. Breakfast was limited. Shower door was off track and wouldn’t stay closed. Linens were stained.

The room was clean, close to stores I frequented as I was there like a grocery store, target and Starbucks. And the staff was super friendly. Hotel was quiet even though it had quite a full parking lot.

Very nice staff, but, checked in given room on 2nd floor. Off elevator filthy carpets and huge garbage bags of beer cans at each door. Went to our room which had not been cleaned.
Got room on 3rd floor. Noticed rat and bug traps on top of refrigerator, cabinet door off hinge, black hairs on bathroom floor. Window was broken as well

Room was clean, thought toilet appeared to be leaking and shower door did not close properly. And air conditioning unit had been left off, so room was too warm and muggy when I arrived. I still rate the hotel as good since I considered these minor conveniences that did not interrupt my stay.

The room was a bit smaller for a Spring Hill suites but still comfortable and clean, very quiet. The pool was not clean and there was a ceiling leak in the dining room that had not been repaired yet. May have been recent, the leak was still dripping. Staff was friendly and helpful

Three different rooms.. I just accepted the 3rd room offered because I was beyond exhausted. ...refrigerator broken. Smelled like urine, dirty couch and carpets.. stains everywhere.
