First the Hotel keys didn’t work for the room or elevator….The shower door was broken and the sheets were stained in the first room. The nice staff moved us to another room…The new room ac unit was loud and the tub wasn’t draining property. Finally the hotel ran out of clean towels!

They ran out of key cards so we had to use our digital keys on our phone and the digital keys did not work on the elevator to get to and from my room.

Do not stay here!!!!!! I felt completely unsafe. The staff would rude. After two nights, we ask for toilet paper & towels because our room had not been cleaned or supplies replenished, we were told we could pick up toilet paper but they had no clean towels. The water was brown like the color of coffee. Unhoused folks were sneaking in the hotel. The only nice person on site was the valet parking attendant named J. Breakfast buffet cost 14.95 and they didn’t even have any eggs. Hilton should be ashamed to have their name on this place.

First room was filthy(Togo containers everywhere, wet towels, irty sheets). Second room slightly better. 30 dollars for valet and could not access my car for needed medication. Took me over an hour to get in to room with no line at desk. Just no one there. 8pm

酒店住宿舒适,员工服务热情周到。
首先,除非您支付每天28美元的强制性停车费,否则酒店不提供客人停车位。
我把车停在酒店门前一个看似属于酒店的区域,看到服务员跟我打招呼,我就去了房间,酒店没有给我打电话,而是要求拖走我的车,花了378美元,后来才把车还回来。
我入住期间没有提供客房服务。
正如我所说,整体体验非常糟糕,而且收费高得令人无法接受。
一切都很好,除了有线电视,没有智能电视连接。没有Netflix之类的,只有有线电视。高档酒店应该在智能电视上安装应用程序,而不是老掉牙的。
整个体验非常糟糕。房间很脏,电梯也很脏。我的床单有破洞,房间保险箱有错误代码,无法使用。我被锁在房间外面三次了。
淋浴房的门有缺陷,需要修理。另外,房间里的咖啡机坏了。
