Hotel is decent and beds were comfy. Bar in hotel is very expensive ($8 for a beer). You also get charged an extra $28 for valet parking that you have to do per night. This hotel is in a not so nice part of Jackson. We did enjoy the Iron Horse Grill around the corner. Greta food, drinks and music.

Unfortunate issues
Beautiful hotel, but several issues to note: 1) the front desk wasn't very helpful on a very basic need: a forgotten toothbrush. No complimentary toothbrush (fine), but also no option in the hotel sundry shop, and unclear where we might go nearby to get one; 2) AC in the room was lowered, but the room temp never went below 75, a bit warm for my taste; and 3) the shower was mildewed and the shower door would not close (a 2" gap), resulting in extensive water on the floor, using up all extra towels to contain. These are all fixable issues, and unexpected at a Hilton.

The bathrooms need to at least be deep cleaned if they can’t be updated…. The air conditioner in our room was so loud!! But at least it worked and the room was cool. The valet was good, but other than that….. not so much I felt very dirty after showering and using the pathetic excuse for a towel!! The sheets were itchy and the desk in the room was covered in hair!! Gross and not a good experience. The place has potential …. Clean it up!

Everyone had great customer service! William and Jamal were the best, very nice hotel.
我已经预付房费1545.57元人民币了，可是又扣了房费175，08美金。押金100美金，又扣了4.95美金，说是存车线，我是坐火车来的，跟本没有开车！

酒店住宿舒适，员工服务热情周到。
首先，除非您支付每天28美元的强制性停车费，否则酒店不提供客人停车位。
我把车停在酒店门前一个看似属于酒店的区域，看到服务员跟我打招呼，我就去了房间，酒店没有给我打电话，而是要求拖走我的车，花了378美元，后来才把车还回来。
我入住期间没有提供客房服务。
正如我所说，整体体验非常糟糕，而且收费高得令人无法接受。
一切都很好，除了有线电视，没有智能电视连接。没有Netflix之类的，只有有线电视。高档酒店应该在智能电视上安装应用程序，而不是老掉牙的。
淋浴房的门有缺陷，需要修理。另外，房间里的咖啡机坏了。
