Everyone was very nice and helpful. The restaurant is very good if you don't want to go out. Bed was comfy I am very picky about mattresses. I did buy a noise machine because the road noise is very loud when the ac shuts off. We stayed 6 days to see our son and we will definitely stay here again.

We first stayed on July 24th headed out west. Check in was easy, staff was polite and helpful, room was great, pool area was clean. Ate at the restaurant and the wait staff were friendly and helpful. Liked the place so well we stayed again on our way back home on August 1st. Actually met the manager and was able to compliment him on the hotel. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Horrible- find another place
They took forever to help at front desk even though 3 people were at the desk, they were only letting 1 person help guests, they gave out room to someone else so late in evening someone came into our room thinking it was our room and the only explanation was they had an upgrades key system and it had been causing problems and the person that opened our room when we were asleep told us they knew it happened to 2 other people before them and apologized- we could not sleep in fear of who was going to open our room the next in the night. Then the room still had hairs in bathtub and sink. Breakfast next morning waitress would not wait on us but did everyone else- even though we paid extra for the breakfast we were told the waffles would be extra. Will never stay here again. The bar tender lady was only plus to the stay.

last minute
we booked a one bedroom suite last minute. The room was spacious and very clean. We had no problem finding a handicap parking. The front desk people were very friendly.

Front desk was super helpful with getting in late and finding a good parking spot. Very friendly and super clean! Nice that is right off Freeway!
