Staff was good, however, they did not have a record of me showing up on the 26th even after I had added that day more than month before. I haven't seen the bill yet, but I hope that it didn't exceed what we agreed to.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were good and allowed me to do a late check-out at the last minute. The breakfast was tasty and the coffee excellent.

One of the front desk employees I dealt with had a care less attitude - sassy and generally unhelpful. When I asked her anything, she responded as if I were a burden. I called down from my room and let the call ring and ring but never got an answer. When I mentioned it to her after I came down, she insisted that the phone never rang. A renter must only pick up the receiver and press the “front desk button to be connected. The free breakfast was almost unpalatable - underdone, unattractive, and tasteless. I will look for someplace else next time.

There was no microwave in the room... not expected from such a pricey hotel... even streetside motels have microwaves....
我住过一个月,这次给我爱人定的,服务不错,餐食相对中国人来说还是简单了点,卫生也还行,服务也比较到位
位置很好,房间宽敞干净,还提供简单早餐。不过酒店前台似乎需要更友善一点,也需要加强培训。
酒店很干净也很新,就是班车早上七点才开始运营,其他都非常好!
酒店离机场很近,这也是我们选择入住的原因。房间非常干净舒适。我们没有享用早餐。唯一不足之处是泳池房实在太冷了。下水很费劲(泳池水温本来就凉),但出来更难受,因为房间实在太冷了。不过,一回到走廊就感觉暖和多了。
这是我经历过的最糟糕的体验。他们之前说提供免费机场接送服务,但打电话过去却说这项服务早就停止了。他们根本不接电话,虽然有24小时前台,但根本没人值班。
