Front desk should have better customer service skills and look more professional. Other than Angel who was ver accommodating I wasn’t impressed the two times I stayed at this hotel.

No alarm clock in the room so we requested a wake up call but never got it
我住过一个月，这次给我爱人定的，服务不错，餐食相对中国人来说还是简单了点，卫生也还行，服务也比较到位
位置很好，房间宽敞干净，还提供简单早餐。不过酒店前台似乎需要更友善一点，也需要加强培训。
酒店很干净也很新，就是班车早上七点才开始运营，其他都非常好！
酒店离机场很近，这也是我们选择入住的原因。房间非常干净舒适。我们没有享用早餐。唯一不足之处是泳池房实在太冷了。下水很费劲（泳池水温本来就凉），但出来更难受，因为房间实在太冷了。不过，一回到走廊就感觉暖和多了。
这是我经历过的最糟糕的体验。他们之前说提供免费机场接送服务，但打电话过去却说这项服务早就停止了。他们根本不接电话，虽然有24小时前台，但根本没人值班。
