The person at the front desk, Christie, was extremely welcoming and friendly. She was able to get us into our room with no hesitation. The hotel was clean and spacious. As a frequent traveler to Jackson MS I’ve been looking for a “resident hotel”. I think I’ve found it.

For the price we paid, this hotel was not up to par. The door to the room had marks near the lock as if it had been attempted to be broken into, the lights in the room didn’t work. Carpet was stained and bed linens were worn. Overall not a super clean feel. The front desk attendant was very kind, but seemed very stretched thin and working alone to tend to guests. Will not stay here again.

It is a great pet friendly hotel. Perfect location to all things in the Jackson area. Trustmark park, outlet shopping….right next door!

房间有一股奇怪的味道。说不上是什么味道。总体看着比较low。要么因为这个区域相对来说比较落后？我不是很确认只是猜测。
另外开在马路边，夜里特别吵。睡眠不好的谨慎选择。
这是一家可爱的酒店，尽管它实际上坐落在 I20 上。面向州际公路的房间非常吵。我们最初住在州际公路上的一间房间。我们入住较晚，我以为可以用空调来掩盖噪音。空调坏了。一位友善的晚间接待员将我们转移到希尔顿酒店后面的一间房间。那天早上，Kuerig 咖啡机无法提供咖啡。我向前台的一位先生报告了此事。第二天早上，Kuerig 咖啡机仍然无法使用。
现场烧烤的食物无法食用……令人作呕。炸锅里的旧油已经腐臭。简直令人作呕。我点了小酒馆鸡肉和炸薯条。
