酒店、房间和员工都很棒，早餐也很棒。住宿期间的问题是，当晚 12:30 时，火警响了，所有人都不得不到外面去。我们待在车里取暖，因为当时温度只有 30 多度，但我们在外面待了 2 个小时，他们才发现问题。没有火灾，只是警报系统出了问题 = 他们无法关闭它。我不会给它这么低的评分，但现在已经过去了三个星期，没有证据表明他们会补偿我们睡眠不足。我们去酒店是为了在旅行期间睡个好觉。酒店没有考虑周到，甚至没有尝试考虑，这将使我以后不会再住在万豪酒店。

优点：员工非常优秀，客户服务非常好，而且非常热情。缺点：沙发床有裂痕，还有神秘的污渍，床垫太薄了，可以感觉到所有的线圈。游泳池的水感觉有问题，我们怀疑它是否经过氯处理，我们担心在里面游泳后会感染（我们确保在游泳后洗澡，并给孩子们擦洗干净）。早餐不吸引人，炒鸡蛋似乎既煮得不够熟又煮得过熟。不过，一切都很顺利，入住和退房都很顺利，很容易在高速公路旁找到，是我们自驾游期间睡觉的方便之选。

Lovely upgrade. Spacious. Sad the side entrance is not working. I expect that is atemporary situation.

My husband had recent surgery. Ahead of time, I asked for a quiet area/room. I'm sure staff meant well/and wouldn't know ahead of time about barking dogs and crying babies. Oh well.

Also, what is with your charging for WiFi??? That's bizarre and shocking! Thanks.

Very disappointed we selected this hotel. The pool was freezing cold and you could not swim in it. When we spoke to the front desk they advised that management was aware of complaints from the week prior about the pool temperature so it’s disappointing that this had not been addressed. Our shower in our room was also not working and cold. We were staying with a group and showered in another room and could tell a clear difference. We will select another hotel next time. Breakfast was good and rooms are spacious but when there are other options in the area is go with.
