The room was neglected. Paying $200.00 for a room under the Hilton name, i expected the room to include the bathroom to be immaculate which it was not. There was residual feces under the toilet seat as well ason the lid. I had to clean the toilet with bathroom wipes that I'd brought with me.

It appears that the cleaning staff needs someone to conduct spot checks on the rooms they're responsible for cleaning. Its a one and done for me. You can't always go by the name expecting a quality stay.

3 stars. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and welcoming. The problem is that the hotel desperately needs upgrades. I booked it because it has an indoor pool, and I have children. The pool was out of order. Looking through past reviews, this happens a lot with the pool. The beds are so uncomfortable. The mattresses are old, and the room smells musty.

Our room was not cleaned and the staff could care less I spoke with other people staying in your facility and they complained of same stuff I come to Starkville every other week I will not stay there again.

I was disappointed that breakfast was not included with the cost. Our room only got cleaned once (it was scheduled for a daily clean) our door was difficult to open and I found a roach at the coffee pots in the loby. I caught it in a napkin and gave it to a staff member.

Beds were too hard ans uncomfortable and the enameled was missing on part of the bathtub. Rooms needs to be upgraded.

For it being a Hilton Garden, it really wasn’t that nice. Also, it was never stated anywhere that their pool/hotub was shut down for renovation. It was the only reason I booked them cause they were the only ones in that area that had an indoor pool. I would have stayed somewhere cheaper had I known.
