Very nice, clean room with an extremely comfortable bed. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Also, very quiet at night which made for a good sleep. We would gladly return when in Auburn area.

We had a short vacation stay that was very enjoyable.
This Hilton Garden Inn in Auburn provided a clean and comfortable environment with a pleasant and helpful staff. The restaurant and fee for breakfast was a plus when we were tired from travel. The food was good and I would rate 3 star. We did not have to travel more than 10 - 45 minutes to some historical, state fair and finger lakes attractions.

We booked due to reputation of Hilton and it had a suite available and within driving distance to Skaneateles and its renowed Skaneateles Lake. During the first night, My wife left her clothes on floor by the A/C. Next morning the clothes were extremely wet, I checked the carpeting by A/C and found wet carpet was the reason and I informed front desk who said they would look into it. We drove to Skaneateles and returned to hotel in early afternoon. When we got to our room the A/C was completely out and room hot and no one had cleaned the room. I checked in at front desk again and they said the A/C was out completely and we had to get another room. They had not bothered to inform me until then. So we had to wait in a hot room for an hour for an equivalent suite room. Our plans for rest of afternoon was shot We waited for an hour, finally 2nd room was available. We had to move our personal belongings by ourselves. Upon entering the 2nd room, the door wouldn't open, We checked with hotel staff and they found a clothes hanger had been left in during cleaning and door a fire hazard. So we needed a 3rd room. Hotel management eventualy creditred our complete stay (initially after first room problem they had told ******* who we had booked thru they would not provided any refunds at all). In the end the 3rd room was ok. Another complaint was breakfast was average. We were also told by a staff member that the hotel was still fixing multiple renovations and weren't done yet.

这是奥本两家经济实惠的酒店之一，我现在已经住过两家酒店。我想说希尔顿花园酒店很一般，是大多数希尔顿花园酒店的典型代表。我们住的套房有些清洁问题，需要翻新。不过工作人员很出色，反应迅速。停车场很宽敞，光线充足。有自助早餐，价格合理。我以后还会再住这里。
我们带着两个孩子一起旅行，一个 3 岁，一个 5 岁。工作人员对我们的孩子非常友善。他们给孩子们提供了彩色书和蜡笔，甚至在我们把他们心爱的毛绒玩具海狸留在酒店房间时，还把玩具寄回了。Paulina 甚至把它打扮成蝴蝶结和薄纸寄了过来。感谢您在我们入住期间对我们一家人的友善。
沙发床床垫全是弹簧，没有衬垫，晚上睡得不舒服。自助早餐很冷（炒鸡蛋又硬又冷，香肠又软又冷）。真希望能看到自己做华夫饼。酸奶的选择有限。水果沙拉还没熟。
