Everything was wonderful here. The staff the breakfast. It close to the mall and Dunkin is right outside. And so is Wendy’s. Only issue was the pool was down. But that wasn’t a issue because it was a wonderful environment

从一开始，负责我们入住的经理就让人很不爽，而且对他的工作漠不关心。他催促我们办理入住手续，当我们询问是否可以和家人一起住连体房时（我们抵达前打电话申请，接电话的女士说可以），他态度很差。经理严重缺乏客户服务/满意度方面的培训。
房间本身还不错。干净，但装修很廉价。浴室非常小，缺乏舒适的空间。电视机老旧，而且效果不好。如果你有背部问题，床就不太理想。
酒店只有一部电梯可以运行。所以除非你选择走楼梯，否则你得等很长时间才能上电梯。客房服务车也堵塞了走廊。即使在非工作时间，它们也一直停在走廊里。早餐很简陋，而且提供的食物看起来质量很差，而且是前一天重新加热的。
我家人以后不会再住这家了。别被其他评论骗了。这家酒店已经彻底走下坡路了。以现在的价格入住，简直就是敲竹杠。
走进酒店，感觉非常友好。泳池很棒。健身房也很棒，走进我们的房间也很棒。我们的房间很漂亮。但是，我们的电视坏了。窗帘上有一个很大的深棕色污渍，当我们去打开空调时，听起来就像在火车站一样。不过，我还是会再次入住这里，因为这里很棒。只是有一些小问题。
我在这里参加我表弟的毕业典礼，我很喜欢这里的位置，不仅到校园很方便，而且到购物区也很方便。
