Room was clean but mini fridge hummed all night long very annoying bathroom supplies were not stocked went down for breakfast around 8am all hot food was empty they told us its gonna be awhile.

Concert night in Chesterfiled
The front desk staff were very friendly, as well as any other hospitality staff we encountered! Sadly, the shuttle they advertise that runs to the Factory for local concerts and events was down. Maybe call ahead if you want to utilize or just arrange and uber. Also, our conditioner was out in our room. Other than that clean, comfy and a good breakfast!
