The only issue was I asked if we could get a room on the first floor and they couldn't accommodate it really tough with the use of a walker

The breakfast was outstanding!
The pull out bed was not able to be used, so she slept on the couch without pulling it out.
Everything else was thoughtful and nice.

While we were assigned a handicap room, my father slipped in the tub and fortunately did not have major issues, but there were no rubber mats or grip strips in tub. We got lucky he did not bang his head on anything.

We used this hotel for our wedding lodging and getting ready. It was perfect
