This is a terrible hotel with terrible management who don't care about their customers or loyalty. I received terrible customer service, there is a reason this hotel has less than 4 stars with over 2,000 reviews. The manager was unhelpful, the hotel is low quality and IHG has terrible customer service. This is why I am loyal to other brands like Marriott and Hilton. There are far better options around this area, read the reviews. I will not do business with IHG again. I wouldn't recommend you do either. The manager would not budge or compromise. Awful customer service.

My husband and I visited Brooklyn for our first time, staying at Hotel Indigo Brooklyn for several nights in mid May of this year. We had an extra pleasant stay there enjoying the many attractions Brooklyn has to offer. We especially enjoyed the nearby visits to Domino Park with its waterfront location along with McCarren Park where a surprise, wonderful indoor/outdoor cafe is located, both within a comfortable walking distance from the hotel. As for our experience at the hotel, what stood out the most to us is that EVERY ONE of the Front Desk staff was cordial and attentive to our needs led by its manager, Maximo Ritterstein, a class act in and of himself, thus making for our stay to be even that much more pleasant. At our request, Maximo suggested several excellent restaurants within walking distance, Recette and Montesacro, for dinner and Butcher's Daughter for lunch. My husband and I very much enjoyed all three and we also highly recommend them. Thank you, Maximo! There was also a very lovely woman named Bri, who was extremely responsive and delightful in handling our curiosity in the preparations of the pool taking place for it to be opened a week or so later on Memorial Day weekend. All in all, these unexpected and extraordinary positive interactions and experiences made for an extraordinarily enjoyable stay evoking our desire for a return visit to Hotel Indigo Brooklyn to be near the top of our list!

Made reservations at Hotel Indigo Brooklyn a month ago for a stay 4/14 thru 4/17. Showed up on the 14th, and were instructed , I quote, "you have to go across the street to the Sheraton ". I asked why, and then asked for a manager, answer to both, "Go across the street". No explanation, no apology, nothing. Oddly Sheraton had a reservation for us. There were a couple other families at the Sheraton desk in the same situation. Disappointed with IHG.

The worst customer service I've experienced in ages. NO power to make any adjustments for an honest mistake of booking on the day before and I arrived the following day and STILL stayed there, but had to book through ********** because the front desk couldn't give me the best price. They said they would consider the blunder on my part- and there was NO follow-up from any party. I spoke to Guest Relations and they also could do nothing. Poor management and worse customer service. One and Done with ALL of the hotels under this corporate umbrella.

我假期入住英迪格酒店,我体会到了本酒店的服务,认真到位。酒店环境优美。体会到家的感觉,该酒店设施齐全,是个旅游度假好去处。
游玩住宿挺好 楼上有泳池 前台服务态度良好。地理位置好,交通便利。酒店出门右边就是大型游乐场☞《欢乐谷》。这里用餐菜式非常奈斯,非常的哇塞。
这家酒店的员工真是让人失望。我不明白为什么我们还要在这种运转不良的酒店里做团体预订。前台根本没人跟进,根本不在乎客人的满意度。纽约的真正态度在这里一览无余。
