Very clean and orgaized large room. Coffee maker in room. Couch folds out to a bed room for two. Bed was very comforable. Two TVS and additional sitting area. Large sized refrigerator and well stocked kitchen. I have a family of 5 and the stay was great! Will stay again!

Loved this hotel
Clean, quiet, comfortable with friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Very nice grounds also. Did not want to leave my spacious and relaxing room.

Great and quiet spot with kids.
Traveling with my kids is no joke. I’ve got one with severe food allergies, so we have to pack and cook all his food while traveling. The Residence Inn had everything we needed to cook for him while being less than 10 minutes away from the action. The pool and hot tub were also great to use before bed each night to get the extra energy out. We used the laundry facilities too, which were very conveniently located and made it easier for us as we moved on to our next stop. All in all, a solid choice for families traveling.

We had an excellent stay at the Marriott Santa Fe Residence in! Clean. Friendly. Convenient. Easy parking. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfasts. Would highly recommend this place.

工作人员正在吃早餐，收拾餐具。我觉得如果有人在用餐，他们应该等一会儿再收拾。那位女士收起了餐具和餐巾纸。我问她要了个盘子，她给了我，等我回去拿餐具的时候，她已经把所有东西都收起来了。所以我只好自己去拿，结果她非常粗鲁地冲着那位女士大吼，让她自己去要东西，说早餐时间已经结束了。我觉得即使早餐时间结束了，他们也应该等到客人吃完再收拾，而且应该礼貌一些。
基本生活需求都得到了满足。床很舒服，厨房也还不错。房间的地板需要更换。淋浴热水用完了。泳池区的按摩浴缸水温低于体温……非常令人失望！！
地方不错，但需要维护。冰箱一直开着，淋浴水温也忽高忽低。床很舒服，大家都非常友善。
房间有些老旧，但如果保持清洁的话看起来还不错，浴室需要改进。外观漂亮，维护得很好，是个非常美丽的地方。我清晨离开，当时很安静，景色宜人。
这大概是我们住过的最糟糕的地方了。家具陈旧破损，而且这栋老房子隔音效果极差。楼上每走一步都能听得一清二楚。我们在前台反映这个问题时，还有另外两位客人也在场，他们也有类似的抱怨。更糟糕的是，冬天这里非常不安全。我们到达前三天下了雪，但他们没有在停车场或通往房间的路上撒沙子来处理结冰的路面。前台接待员知道这个问题，但她说老板没有处理。她给了我们一张老板的名片，让我们发邮件投诉。我们照做了，但经理对这些问题漠不关心。
