A little confused by your handicap accessibility in the room, considering the beds were high and the only assistance bar in the bathroom was IN the far wall of the shower and the tub edge was a 2 foot step over but otherwise it was clean, great location, staff was friendly, and I will probably stay here again. Might ask for wheelchair accessable if I bring my handicapped friend again.

My family and I experienced a lot of noise during our stay at this hotel. It felt unsafe. We would not stay there again.

Property was in very poor condition. Bagged trash in halls, keys did not work, sent to wrong room, poor paint job in room, dirty restroom in lobby. Property did not look like pictures at all.
Inconvenient location.

The hallways had litter on the floor. Staff was good. The person checking us in and out referred to me as “hey man” but he was very efficient with the check in and out. I was told I couldn’t get a receipt because I used hotels, com and had to get one from them. If we wanted water that was in the room we had to pay for it. I think something like that should be complimentary. Had to pay 4.95 for one day internet but was credited at check out. Went to get a luggage cart at check out and there was not any. Staff was using it for laundry but graciously gave it to me right away. We ate st the hotel restaurant and it was very good and fast.

只住了一晚，没去泳池，但感觉不太干净。不过酒店其他地方看起来还算干净。可惜的是厨房没法做热菜，这点有点失望，因为我们没有车。不过酒店的人都很友好。一大早就有去机场的班车服务，真不错。
房间需要翻新。浴缸生锈了，而且不能正常使用。床很硬，睡起来很不舒服。不会再住了。

一切都很好。床和枕头超级舒适。早餐也很棒。
有一个小问题。不幸的是，4月19日星期六晚上3点到8点之间，我房间楼上的承包商很吵。前台帮忙，让他们保持安静。
