Communication that is from the front desk to the client me my food went cold waiting on them to call me to tell me my food was ready a restaurant and they didn’t have enough help so I needed to come and pick it up. No one did that until I called an hour later to find out why I didn’t receive my food and then when I went downstairs to check on it, I was informed that the food been ready and the front desk was supposed to inform me and they did not.
房间比较老旧,维护的比较好。客服不错。
房间的空调简直是摆设,几乎不起作用。酒店餐厅的食物也不怎么样,尤其是考虑到那个价格。这家酒店唯一值得称赞的就是它的位置了,离金莺公园和M&T银行体育场都很近。
我对巴尔的摩内港万豪酒店(金莺公园店)的住宿体验非常失望。我特意预订了一间带特大号床的房间,但抵达时却被告知没有了。结果,我住进了一间配置不同的房间,完全不符合我的预期。更糟糕的是,房间里没有冰箱——只留下一个空空的预留位。考虑到我支付的价格,我本以为会享受到更好的服务和设施。糟糕的组织和对细节的忽视,让我的住宿体验远低于预期。除非他们改进预订流程和房间维护,否则我不会推荐这家酒店。
要是能有去罗斯蒙特地铁站的接驳车就好了。
门不锁不上,电视只有三个频道能用……除此之外,一切都很棒。食物美味,调酒师服务周到,设施干净整洁。
步行即可到达棒球场、足球场和公共交通站点。酒店的餐厅非常棒,价格也合理。虽然酒店略显老旧,但非常干净。除了街对面的消防站晚上比较吵之外,周围环境非常安静,所以建议选择不临街的房间。
我开车去酒店的时候,万豪取消了我的预订。我已经预付了。真是糟糕的客户服务。至少提前一天晚上取消,这样我就可以安排其他行程了。这里居然没有人联系我退款。
一切都很合适,早餐非常好,干净,位置优越,服务优良
