I like that the staff was friendly and nice. I liked that the room and areas of the hotel was well-kept and clean. I did not like that there was no room service available as advertised, which is the reason I chose this hotel due to a recent surgery and did not want to have to move much. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

The staff were lovely, especially in the breakfast bar.
The room seemed quite clean and tidy.
The bathroom towels were clean but crumpled up on the rack. The vertical face of the vanity should be touched up w black paint.
There was no iron so we requested one Friday evening upon arrival. We had to request one again Saturday morning as we were leaving for a funeral. It arrived during the day while we were out.
Unfortunate that, while offering a “cooked to order” breakfast, it is served on paper plates with plastic utensils in plastic wrap.
The breakfast patio had cigarette butts (a handful) about, and a brick wall lightbulb missing it lamp (eye level when sitting at the table next to it).
Nothing is mind blowing but it added up to an impression it could use a bit of attention and TLC everywhere.
After all: it is in the Hilton Hotel family.

Great location and friendly staff. Rooms can use an upgrade in the bathrooms. We had two rooms and one room the bathroom tub is peeling.
