We stay here every year while we visit the Polar Express ride. It’s a great hotel. Very close to downtown Cumberland and the kids love the pool!

Everything at this hotel was excellent. The staff attentive, the cleanliness was excellent as well as the breakfast. One of the top 5 I've ever stayed at. One issue regarding the tub, was a little slick with no rough surface to prevent a fall. We didn't fall. Only a slight issue other than that a spotless place to stay.Very Highly Recommended. I definitely will return here again.

We went to Cumberland for an overnight. The room was a good size, clean, and the bed was comfortable. By the time we got to breakfast some items were out, but it was nice.

My mom was looking for a potato but not available, and at least a sliced bread to toast with butter, also not available

I liked that the hotel is right off the GAP trail and access to food, coffee shops nearby. The staff was always helpful and kind. It was clean and (different thing than other hotels) the tv was on in my room when i went in. There was a welcome screen on just for me. Id definitely recommend.

工作人员非常友好。我们来马里兰是为了乘坐极地特快列车，酒店在办理入住手续时为孩子们准备了小礼品袋，真的很贴心。房间很干净，我们的加热器每次启动时都会发出吱吱的声音，这很烦人，但丝毫不影响功能。步行即可到达我们最喜欢的火车站。泳池区也非常漂亮和干净。
房间钥匙打不开房间。试过用新钥匙还是不行。维修人员试过了，但还是不行。40 分钟后，门被撬开后我才进房间。现在不能离开再进去，直到更换坏掉的门电池，谁知道什么时候。这是不可接受的。
位置非常好的漂亮酒店。漂亮！干净，房间很大。
