I stayed in a room and decided to extend my stay one more night. I received rooms and everything. Then at 8 am I was texted by the front desk telling me the room was already booked that I was in. I was curious now because not only was I woken up at 8 am but I was now told I couldn't stay the extra night in the same room when I was already given keys to it. I had to now stay up because my test was ruined and go to the front desk to receive new keys and pack up my stuff and move to an entirely different floor. I actually left the property and didn't stay the night because I was so pissed off that they woke up and made me move my room when I was holding the actual room keys for the same room for the next day. Also when I first go to the room the smell of cigarettes was there which I let the front desk know . I am upset with the entire situation. What should have happened was I should have been told that night that I would have to check out of the room I was in at checkout and then be provided with a new room. I never should have been given keys to stay another night and they rudely woken up and forced to move after I was already given the room. I asked the front desk for refund and she told me that it was after 11 am so I could get it. It was ridiculous you woke me up and then you wouldn't refund me when I told you I was upset and wasn't staying the night. I still would like a refund I will be calling your customer service

Aria was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast was good. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was extremely understaffed for a Friday evening at 7 PM. Only 1 person working at the desk. She was very friendly but had to walk each guest to their room due to the locks not working. None of the hotel key cards were working due to a technical issue. She handeled the pressure very well and should be commended. Our TV did not work properly. The desk worker just could not help us with this issue, not her fault. The lobby was freezing. A little disappointing stay.

room was nice and clean. they greeted me with smiles and compassion. We only stayed one night but it was relaxing while we were there.

We had not had a good day of travel, my husband wss ill. When we arrived Kia greeted us. She was AMAZING! She was kind, helpful, offered to help in anywaybshe could. This property was extremely nice: clean, comfortable, updated. It is located away from major roadways so very quiet at night. My requests were all fulfilled. Breakfast was plentiful, the seating area was comfortable and lovely. I will definitely look to stay at this property in the future.

The coffe maker in the room was a piece of junk thank didnt work. A crappy piece of plastic from china I am sure.
The tv volume was too low to hear and unable to contgrol it.
Come On Hampton Inn your better than this!
I didnt complain to anyone because i was exhauseted and only statyed there one night during a long road trip
