Our welcome was excellent. Friday afternoon front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming, but i went downhill fast fro there. In the night of Friday. That the A/C started blowing hot air!. We reported to front desk who sent an engineer. We sure leaving to sight see and he engineer assured us he would rest the AC and come back to be sure it was operating. When we returned at 7:00PM it was 90 degrees in the room and ac was still blowing for air AND our room hadn’t been serviced. Fritz desk assured us they would get the AC fixed while we were sat dinner but since no housekeeping was available he would have towed for us when we returned fro dinner. You guessed it, no towels, HOT room and new desk clerk who was beyond unhelpful. There girly was sold out so no room to one to. He didn’t offer any solution but a fan for the room and was hostile! Said I had to speak to the manager the next morning. He couldn’t do anything to help us. We couldn’t sleep in the room so found another hotel (without their help). Returned in the morning to an even more unhelpful and belligerent desk clerk who refused to speak to us. Walked away and said he hoped we would be gone when he returned. There was NO management on site over a sold out weekend. I left a voice mail for the manager who did not return either. If my 2 calls. He sent an email apologizing and patting me 10000 Hilton points. Completely the worst experience I’ve ever had in any. Hotel in 40 years of travel. Finally refunded Saturday.

It is a great hotel with lots of walkable spots to visit. Only problem is the lack of an ice machine. The hotel does provide small bags of ice in the gift shop.. Get them before they are gone! Nice pool!

Staff was great. Very welcoming. Comfortable beds . Breakfast buffet was good . Can’t beat the location ! Walkable to every place. Will definitely go back again . Great week spent at hotel

酒店大部分部门和服务区域人手严重不足。值得称赞的是,员工们尽力了,但显然不堪重负。希尔顿的管理实在糟糕。太遗憾了。
位置便利,服务不错。但房间和泳池的设施略显陈旧,感觉更像是三星级酒店。
我在这里住了一晚。
地理位置非常便利,附近有很多餐厅和纪念品商店,房间宽敞干净。大堂也很漂亮。
我推荐这家酒店。
