My kids said they loved it. Great location and nice big rooms. Two suggestions - coffee machines in room and more lights. The rooms are a little dark. Otherwise terrific!!!

Comfortable and clean, beautiful decor (old historic building I believe). Friendly helpful staff. Parking was easy and the hotel’s close proximity to the plaza meant we could walk everywhere. Great choice for central Santa Fe!

Excellent, clean room; only complaint is YOU NEED MORE LIGHT IN THE ROOMS!! The bulbs in all the lamps are WAY TOO muted.

Water in the first room would not get hot. Contacted them and didn’t get a response. Had to go to the desk. They ended up moving our room. Asked for a late checkout as an accommodation for the change because it didn’t occur until late and impacted the amount of sleep we were able to get after and before a long drive (as we are on a road trip), we needed sleep to be able to safely continue. We were told that wasn’t possible. I asked for a manager the next morning and was told that there was not one on duty. I messaged again on the number I was given and requested a manager contact me and still nothing. When I was at the desk 2 other guests were having similar issues, specifically they mentioned to me not having heat in their rooms and not being able to get any assistance. The front desk staff were ill-equipped to deal with such an issue and thus did nothing. I expected to hear from someone eventually and nothing (I have waited several days now). This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel and maybe the worst customer service experience I have had.
