Waited to checkin despite 2 people at the front just ignoring me. At 7am on a sunday every single hot food and drink item was empty. Waited 20 mins and only eggs restocked.

Room was very nice! Beds extra soft not for everyone. 7:00am no food!! The lady was not refilling even when asked! Our room was not serviced and sheets had small blood stain. Parking was safe great location.

Easy check in, breakfast was great. The sheets came off the corners of the mattress, need bigger sheets. Unfortunately, there were a couple of kids (maybe just one?) who stayed next to us on the 4th floor. They arrived at 11:19pm and for the next hour, there were doors slamming, yelling, screaming, stomping, running, the kid(s) was out of control and VERY disruptive. Woke us up out of our sleep. I felt sorry for the people with a room under them, as they were VERY noisy sideway, the floor vibrated with their activity.

I had the worse stay. Staff is extremely rude, the place is so noisy, there was a non stop barking next to my room. I would have left but i had 2 toddlers with me and didnt want to get them out in the cold.

The staff was very helpful, particularly with obtaining boarding passes for my flight. The room was clean, and breakfast offered a variety of options.

Not enough stars for this place.10 + serivce was excellent. Tanya was very professional friendly. Welcomed us like we were famliy. She is definitely a very large asset to yiur hotel. Thanks for an 10 star stay

The staff was extremely helpful with information. Neatly kept even though they were doing some maintenance in the breakfast area. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options
