Unfortunately on our last visit we has terribly noisy neighbors but that is absolutely not the fault of the Hotel. I love staying there and we love the excellent breakfast. It is always safe and we feel welcomed.

When we went to take a shower in the morning, there wasn’t enough water pressure to take a shower. We were only driving home that day, but would have been a big deal otherwise.

Well, I’m so upset because since I got there my key from the room, it will not work. I have to go down like three times since the beginning into the last day I went, but besides that everything was good.

The entire 3rd floor smelled like you were walking into an animal barn. We notified the front desk and they stated they knew and they were trying to find something to cover the smell up there but it smelled horrid. On top of the smell you had kids running up and down the hall and slamming doors till about 11:30-midnight. I have stayed at this hotel several times and never had it as bad!

Young woman checking us in was good but I recall she said breakfast was at 6:00 (down at 6:15 but didn't start until 6:30). Not a problem because the woman there (retired from school system) was terrific - very pleasant

We had an excellent stay! The beds were comfortable! The pool area was well kept. The breakfast was very good. The office staff was all very nice!!

The staff were all very friendly from the front desk to the food service and housekeeping. Very clean rooms. The one minor thing was there were no working USB ports in the room 112, the lamp had two built in ports, but they were inoperable.

I got to the hotel at 12:30 AM following a concert, slept for about three hours, got up and went to balloon fiesta. So I didn’t see very much of it to be able to rate it but it seemed nice. At least it was quiet so I could get some sleep.
