Staff was not friendly at check-in, threw the key on the counter. Didn’t explain any of the amenities. Shuttle service is NOT reliable, called to check when we arrived. Was told a 15 minute wait, called 30 minutes later and again was told 10 minutes. Took them AN HOUR to come pick up and it was NOT rush hour yet. There was a bug in the room and the fridge didn’t work.

漂亮的酒店，设施齐全！停车场大门紧闭！酒吧营业至凌晨 1 点，早上 6 点就有星巴克！

酒店非常温馨，房间宽敞干净。唯一令人担心的是电梯地板。它需要维修，但除此之外，我的住宿体验非常好。
酒店很不错，员工也很好。但我在沙发上发现了一个避孕套包装纸。他们需要进行深度清洁。车厢里也有异味。
我们的航班被取消了，我们不得不在夏洛特过夜。我们非常喜欢这家酒店。
