There was such a long wait to check in. Extra charges were not explained. My bathroom smelled like vomit; I used a travel spray instead of contacting the front desk since they had been telling other guests (who had been waiting for 2+ hours) that their rooms were not ready or that there was a housekeeping shortage. The breakfast was terrible. And lastly, there must have been some sort of ventilation issue since my room started smelling like “greasy breakfast” at 5:30am-I was on the 4th but located above the kitchen area.

One of our clean towels had a big brown stain on it. The showerhead almost no pressure and took 15 minutes to get hot. When I called the front desk to ask them about the water temperature, they told me that our room was at the opposite end of the building from the hot water heater, and we just had to deal with it. The duvet cover on the bed was not fitted, which is gross because presumably they do not wash the actual duvet insert.

The location is great, minutes to historic Leesburg, worth the 10 minute drive and finding the free parking garage to walk around all the shops and restaurants.
Room was clean, staff were helpful and polite. I used the fitness center, the eliptical was very good. Close to gas, outlets, CVS and grocery store.
The grounds were nice, ample parking and it is set back from the road. All in all it was a good experiance.

Room is very clean. Bed extremely comfortable. Desk very useful, a second (regular) chair would be nice to sit with another person and eat, talk, etc. Dining area and picture’s are the only space that looks dated. All staff are welcoming and genuinely friendly.

Everything about the hotel was pretty good with one exception, the microwave did not work

唯一让我失望的是早餐没有提供普通茶，否则我会给这家酒店打10分。我不喝咖啡，这是我住过的第一家没有提供普通茶的酒店，只有一种提神的花草茶。
房间和浴室都很干净舒适。浴室已经升级改造过，但有些地方的五金件可以更紧固一些，天花板也需要维修/重新粉刷。早餐种类还算丰富。总体来说，入住体验不错。
酒店需要更多人手，因为之前只有一个人负责所有服务，感觉整个酒店都得他一个人照顾，所以有时候很难联系到他。
