Beautiful hotel, front desk was very nice. Only issue was i room was not cleaned even though i was told housekeeping comes every other day.

The customer service was definitely not there in the sheets on the bed were dirty, and there were stains on the towel.

We have stayed here for many years for the NASCAR races. It’s very clean and the staff are very accommodating. We really enjoy the reception that they have Monday through Friday nights. It’s a great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Conveniently located near the mall and several dining options. Staff courteous and hotel is clean. Family friendly. Would go back again

There was a lot of mold visible on the a/c unit and we requested a room change. The new room was moldy as well and blood on the bed sheets . Requested to move hotels, but no vacancy available so we had to stay.

It was busy and I did not get double queen beds as I requested when I booked it. Ended up with a king and hideaway bed. Not the ideal sleeping arrangement.

There was **** smoke outside the front entrance. The people using the conference room were very unfriendly and did respect the facility. I didn’t feel safe traveling around the hotel.

除了“免费”早餐，其他一切都很好。汉普顿完全可以提供比人造鸡蛋、难吃的香肠和淡而无味的咖啡好得多的食物。而且价格也不会贵多少，你心里也清楚！
酒店不错，停车位充足。附近有好几家餐厅。房间装修过，非常干净。唯一的小缺点是枕头不太舒服。总的来说，是个不错的住宿地点，而且离火车站很近。
