The room was solid. The staff were grumpy and unhelpful. The breakfast attendant had a big fit about how people keep breaking the spout on the device to poor waffle batter. If people keep breaking it maybe order a better container for pouring waffle batter not have a fit at your guests. The they cleaned up the entire breakfast 30 minutes early so when my husband came down for breakfast at 9am it was already picked up and he was unable to get breakfast.

Check in staff was adequate. Room was clean, but small. I wouldn't stay here again, but the staff at check out said to ask for an upgraded deluxe room upon check in the next time. Our room could have used a remodel.

Staff was top tier! Made my staycation very enjoyable. Only negative is bathroom could have been a little cleaner but overall the stay was great!

The breakfast staff was amazing. They went out of their way to help me find what I needed....way above what we see most places.
The other staff were very helpful and friendly, as well.
We enjoy the suites and like the set-up of having living space. Traffic noise on one side of the hotel can be an issue sometimes.

Plumbing issues in our room. The only way to get warm water was to turn on the cold. Vanity sink and the shower backed up and took 1/2 hour to drain.

This place is a dump especially when you are paying $250+ per night. I'm tired of my hard earned money being taken for granted for sumpar quality and service. The first room was dirty. The second room was a little better but the hotel is dated and not properly cleaned. I expected so much more from the Marriott brand. It seems like they woyld care more about their customers.

Was told twice that the eggs would be out soon but then told only boiled eggs were available
Breakfast area was not tended to by staff
Trash cans overflowing
Fire alarm went off at 7:45am - no explanation for having to leave room to go to lobby
Would not stay here again
