Very disappointing breakfast -Only hard boiled eggs
Was told twice that the eggs would be out soon but then told only boiled eggs were available
Breakfast area was not tended to by staff
Trash cans overflowing
Fire alarm went off at 7:45am - no explanation for having to leave room to go to lobby
Would not stay here again

The mattresses on the beds were not comfortable at all. Wife had to sleep on the couch. Very lumpy and sagged in the middle.

The toilet was broken. I had to open the top up to manually flush it. When I told the front desk about it, they offered to give me more points. I don’t wabt that; I’d rather have a partial refund. Also picked the hotel because of the indoor pool but that was being renovated. That wasn’t posted ANYWHERE on any website. The front desk clerk said it was, but it wasn’t! My autistic brother was so looking forward to that! Will not stay here again!

room and hotel were clean and well kept. location is great as at least two place to eat are right across the street. plenty of parking.

Our sink was falling in our room. The wall paper was holding it up. The room took forever to cool down.
