Long time Hilton Honors member and Regular business traveler. Stayed at this location 3 times this year, because of location for the work I have to preform, I thought that maybe the first stay was crappy because of time of year (July near Race weekend), but after this weekend I will avoid this location like a person on fire to a tank of gasoline. They charge a fee for parking even though they have ample parking, the cleanliness is sub par, the front desk person (Not Sure if male or female) was condescending, and had a attitude. I assume they are busy because of the close proximity to the high way, FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY, IS MY RECOMMENDATION!!!!

Pollyanna couldn’t have been more friendly and efficient. The room was very clean. It took me a while to figure out that the clothes closet was behind the window curtain. For a single person that works

Staff was friendly, amenities great, rooms could have been cleaner (walls) but were stay able. Breakfast was delicious! Great free snacks available at the front desk all day.

Parking fee. No one informed me there was a parking fee and charged me at the end of my stay. That left a bad taste in my mouth.

Room needed updating. Carpet, furniture, shower all needed work. Furniture in lounge area needs replacing.
