We never had Breakfast at the property nor was it available
at this hotel. We didn't receive service out entire stay. When I ask about it, the lady gave me some not so nice answer and I had to empty my own trash. She was a very bad manager and the only thing they vacuum in the room was a spot where the ceiling leak on to the floor. Our bed was never change out entire stay.

Staff was exceptional. Everyone was helpful, genuinely kind and seemed to be enjoying being at work. Ms Tami at the front desk was very helpful, getting me checked in earlier then originally planned. Rooms were clean and smelled fresh.

Everything. Good customer service and very friendly ands clean. One issue but they got right to it without no problem.

check in was good, I booked a room that's handicapped accessible with walk in shower and a sofa bed for my sister due to left side paralysis. Her assigned room was not available, she was accommodated the next day, still didn't receive the room with the sofa bed but we were grateful for the walk-in shower. the hotel was clean, the fragrance of the hotel was overpowering, and the staff was kind.

Had a late check-in which went smooth. Parking was good in a well lit area. Room was temperature ready plus had mini amenities which i loved.

晚上晚些时候办理入住，我们拉出沙发床给孩子睡时，发现房间里没有床单、被褥之类的东西。我们打电话给前台，被告知要下去拿。电视上的流媒体应用一直转圈，根本没法用。第二天早上退房时，前台人员坐在椅子上，明目张胆地看手机，我站在那里等了好几分钟才被她注意到。
根据网上对这家酒店的评价，我以为它会更好一些。而且，我们下午3点办理入住时房间还没准备好，一直拖到晚上6点以后。那天晚上我还有事，他们却没做好准备。
