She went above and beyond by giving me a tour of all the hotel amenities and making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Tami’s exceptional service truly stood out and made my experience memorable. I really appreciate her dedication and friendliness—she is a wonderful asset to the hotel.

根据网上对这家酒店的评价，我以为它会更好一些。而且，我们下午3点办理入住时房间还没准备好，一直拖到晚上6点以后。那天晚上我还有事，他们却没做好准备。
厕所两天内两次停止工作，第二次打电话给前台时，我无意中听到前台和……的对话，我猜……
