The staff was great. The building smelled old. The water pressure in the sink was extremely low and there was the sewer smell coming from the sink as well. The room was cold even though the setting was set to the highest allowable temperature of 90 degrees.

Our room was okay we usually stay here when visiting family in the area but maybe looking for another place. The pjs and bonnets in the lobby was a definite turn off. Our bathroom had an odd Oder and the sink was dirty.

Only complaint was the door in room 109 was difficult to open and close

Towanda was wonderful at the reservation desk! She was the only positive thing about the stay.
The room was dirty. Hair on sink, shower, floor, towels and both beds.
The comforter had what appeared as brown make up or some substance in several areas.
Make up smears on sink. Some dried white splatters in front panel of bathroom sink.
I had a 4 hour window to sleep from 930-130; people were extremely noisy in the hallway and rooms across the hall.
Every time they jumped or slammed a door, the walls shook.
This was awful, regarding the room.

Housekeeping was fair at best. We were there almost 4 days before Housekeeping came to our room and that was only after I mentioned it to the front desk. We had to go to front desk every morning to get coffee for our room. We probably would stay at this location again.

The room was available early which was a plus. The bathroom door did not work couldnt close. The shower was so close to the toilet it was about 6 inches from the toliet to the opening of showers. We are 74 and 76 which was a pain for us to get in shower and then when I went in closet where safe was the shower had leaked into closet. puddle on floor. when I reported to worker at desk she said thanks for telling me. Never said she was sorry we were inconvenience. I am writing for a refund.

Door Issue (wouldn’t recommend)
The hotel was great, the service was nice, but one major issue is the doors did not shut easily so people were slamming doors all night. I would highly recommend not staying here until they fix this
