My apologies for the linen in the hallways, we were likely in transition of getting it moved and processed. The beds and pillows are brand new. The lady who checked us in was very cordial and informative. She is the reason I gave the staff and services 5 stars. Everything else was just, meh. The toilet had streaks all in it when we walked in. So that tainted everything and made us feel like everything was dirty from the beginning. We just weren’t comfortable and couldn’t wait to leave.

Clean. Efficient checkin . Parking included but charged $50 for incidentals- to be reversed with in 5 days!? Not much with in walking distance and no one at the in house restaurant or room service could be reached. Good for business travel.

Breakfast staff were very friendly and proactive in asking for coffee to go cups and having your bill ready so you could get on with your day. Right side elevator had a bit of a funky smell that was the only negative to the overall experience.

Great Spot...Renovations a Necessary Pain
Wonderful hotel, great location for my needs...which I why I stay here often when visiting the area. The renovations going on are necessary and will make the place even more appealing, but my visit (7/4-7/6/25) occurred right as the renovations were taking place. Highly recommend once renovations are done.
