Monday night bar was trashed. Bartender didn’t even pick up when we wanted to sit at the bar. You lost 4 drinks because we just left.

员工非常友善热情。我特别喜欢淋浴,水压超棒!我们住在16楼,视野极佳。我们入住的是升级房,房间比较基础。房间有点灰尘,但我跟清洁阿姨说了之后,她很快就来打扫了。Netflix的流媒体服务也出了问题,不过酒店给了我们停车费作为补偿。总的来说,这三天住得很愉快。
我被安排入住一间双人床房。难以置信的是,其中一张床竟然还脏兮兮的,枕头什么的都散发着难闻的气味,而且凌乱不堪。我以为房间会很干净。然而,台面、书桌、床头柜上到处都是饮料渍,脏兮兮的。地板也很脏,我竟然光着脚走了进去,真是太恶心了。浴室里只有一条毛巾。他们居然问我“你想让我们怎么办?”。因为当时已经很晚了,我只好同意待在那里,忍受了将近一个小时的摔门声,真是糟糕透了。第二天早上我第一时间打电话给前台,被告知客房服务正在路上。我怀疑他们是不是从别的地方过来的,因为他们根本没来。我下楼后,他们又说“哦,不,非常抱歉——我们会把整个房间彻底打扫干净。”结果可想而知,我晚上10点回到房间,发现房间还是老样子,脏得一塌糊涂。这次我打电话过去,说别再找借口了,赶紧给我换房间。新房间还不错,但还是只有一条毛巾。第二天我的确拿到了更多毛巾。在我入住的四天里,尽管酒店多次保证会打扫房间,但客房服务一次也没有打扫过。湿毛巾、垃圾等等,简直令人无法接受。电梯很脏,公共区域的地板也很脏,我连续四天都看到角落里堆着同样的垃圾。除了艾丽莎之外,大部分员工都低着头玩手机,艾丽莎是唯一一个试图跟进此事的人,但客房服务也让她失望了。我们两年前住过这里,当时感觉非常好。现在完全不一样了,几乎方方面面都糟糕透了。
前台工作人员非常友好热情,我很感激。可惜的是,其他方面的体验却令人失望。酒店感觉有些陈旧,房间状况很差。淋浴设施尤其需要维修,整体客房服务也低于平均水平。健身房区域亟待改进,电梯的清洁和维护也需要认真对待。总之,这次入住体验远未达到我的预期。
房间里弥漫着一股粪便的臭味,浴室里整晚都在滴水。
客房服务人员只收走了脏毛巾,没有更换新毛巾,只是把被子拉到床上。他们既没有吸尘,也没有折叠床单,根本不在乎床铺的清洁。
每次去都一样……其他房间的住客吵闹不堪……前台和保安却置之不理。甚至隔壁房间的人也大声喧哗,我们要求他们安静下来,他们竟然还敲我们的门,激怒我,然后把我的反应录下来。结果酒店管理人员反而指责我和我妻子,并没有像之前承诺的那样把他们赶走。这是我住过的最差劲的酒店,连门在外面的那种汽车旅馆都算不上。以后再也不会来了,也希望其他人不要来。
我房间的空调坏了。前台说会派人来修,结果没人来。等了几个小时后,我打电话过去才知道维修人员已经下班回家了。新来的前台工作人员说会尽量帮我换个房间或者送个风扇,并说会给我回电话通知。结果既没有回电话,也没有风扇,房间也没换。
房间里又热又潮,闷热难受,工作人员似乎一点都不在意。沟通和关心都荡然无存。
第二天早上我给经理打了电话。他非常抱歉,但说不能退款,只能给我万豪积分。到现在还没收到积分!
我对酒店员工、空调故障迟迟得不到解决以及整个入住体验都非常失望 :(
我们以前住过这家酒店,都没出过问题,但下次来弗吉尼亚州朴茨茅斯肯定不会再来了。
