Room, Service and location excellent. The only things that were a negative is the dirty linen outside our door and the rooms are dark. Lighting is very poor.

All of the staff were friendly and responsive. The air conditioning did not work properly in our room and they moved us to a new room. The hotel entrance area was not super clean. The rooms were a bit worn for the price point of this hotel. Another thing we did not like was the room lighting. It was very dim. On a better note the view from our room was wonderful.The location of the property was great and the area very walkable to restaurants.

Shower faucet and cold/hot control not working, clogged shower head. Only got water and not able to mix it with cold water.

I've stayed at this location a couple of times and absolutely love it! The rooms are nice,have comfortable beds and a beautiful view of an active river (ships and boat passing by all the time)

The refrigerator in our room was very unclean and the handle on the toilet did not work properly. Other than that, the hotel was very nice.

房间里弥漫着一股粪便的臭味，浴室里整晚都在滴水。
客房服务人员只收走了脏毛巾，没有更换新毛巾，只是把被子拉到床上。他们既没有吸尘，也没有折叠床单，根本不在乎床铺的清洁。
每次去都一样……其他房间的住客吵闹不堪……前台和保安却置之不理。甚至隔壁房间的人也大声喧哗，我们要求他们安静下来，他们竟然还敲我们的门，激怒我，然后把我的反应录下来。结果酒店管理人员反而指责我和我妻子，并没有像之前承诺的那样把他们赶走。这是我住过的最差劲的酒店，连门在外面的那种汽车旅馆都算不上。以后再也不会来了，也希望其他人不要来。
我房间的空调坏了。前台说会派人来修，结果没人来。等了几个小时后，我打电话过去才知道维修人员已经下班回家了。新来的前台工作人员说会尽量帮我换个房间或者送个风扇，并说会给我回电话通知。结果既没有回电话，也没有风扇，房间也没换。
房间里又热又潮，闷热难受，工作人员似乎一点都不在意。沟通和关心都荡然无存。
第二天早上我给经理打了电话。他非常抱歉，但说不能退款，只能给我万豪积分。到现在还没收到积分！
我对酒店员工、空调故障迟迟得不到解决以及整个入住体验都非常失望 :(
我们以前住过这家酒店，都没出过问题，但下次来弗吉尼亚州朴茨茅斯肯定不会再来了。
