Room was not very clean and heat did not work in room. Told to cut off heat wait 10 minute to reset and cut back on the heat. Last 10 minutes and cold again. This hotel used to be top of the line and nowhas gone really down!

我希望我到达时没有被告知空调坏了，结果入住时房间很脏，早餐也不怎么样。本来可以更好，但感觉他们让这家酒店关门了，现在情况大不如前了。而且，以这个价格，如果设备坏了，应该打折。
