Overall the experience was great. Checking in and out was super simple, room had a good amount of amenities, and breakfast was one of the better spreads I've had.

Comfortable stay in the area
Probably one of the best choices for the area because the pickings are slim! Location is Convenient from highway and a fine overnight stay with comfortable beds. We did grab breakfast on the way out the next morning and there was eggs, sausage, biscuit and gravy and yogurt plus the usual continental breakfast options. It’s not a destination, but okay if passing through. Indoor pool was reported by kids as being good.

My stay was very brief. I found bed bugs in my room and immediately left. The property manager refunded the money charged to my card so that was excellent.

Hotel was nice and clean; the staff was friendly. My only complaint... I've stayed at a lot of hotels this was the only time I have heard people staying on the floor above me stomping while I was trying to sleep. I saw a sign that they were doing renovations, but one of the staff members told me renovations were done.

Housekeeping was the worst I have ever experienced! They did not replace toilet paper and there was none left! They did not replace towels, washcloths coffee pods, packets for the sugar and creamer. They did not make the beds, remove trash and if they did not do all of this I seriously doubt they cleaned anything. The only thing they did do was remove the wet towels from the floor. However the one lady at the front desk and sorry I cannot remember her name was just excellent. She was more than accommodating and friendly. Very engaging with her customers and would go above and beyond to get you what you needed.
