We sent a message on the first night requesting additional pillows, however the message wasn't answered. I went to the front desk the next morning and asked for pillows and advised they could then disregard the message, they finally responded at that point. The pool was advertised as heated, however it was freezing. There was a fire alarm that went off at 2:00 am on Sunday, we had to evacuate the room but there was no direction or communication from the hotel regarding the cause. Our tub drain wouldn't shut, to hold water. Our sink drain wouldn't lift, we manually had to move the silver piece underneath the sink. The hotel was clean, other than the stuff mentioned above it was an okay stay.

The "hot breakfast" was powdered eggs, biscuits and gravy.. with regular continental breakfast items. Not great.
Arrived at 9 pm.. got settled/ unpacked and tried taking a shower...but NO Hot water.. had to repack and move the family up to 3rd floor.

Stayed for the sleeptoken concert
It was amazing, front desk was incredibly patient and helpful 👌 the breakfast was delicious, and the room was very clean. Made the trip for my concert all the more worthwhile .

Staff were really pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and in nice condition as were the dining room and lobby. The breakfast was varied daily and quite good - plenty of options. There is plenty of parking and the lot was well lit. I would definitely stay here again.
