The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a king two room suite and it was very nice for the price we would definitely stay again and would recommend anyone looking for a decent room at a fair price to stay.

No towel service in two days. Breakfast was not good. The pancakes were hard and dry, the sausage was tasteless (not caramelizad), and the texture of the eggs was peculiar. However, the staff was friendly.

Breakfast was very fresh and a good variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. Especially when I came in late on my first night. Came in around 12 and the front desk gave me a menu to some late night pizza place. Perfect spot. Close to downtown Greensboro. Great parking area. The room was large and had a lot of space.

The room was clean but the pillows were so uncomfortable that I slep poorly. For $202 per night I expected more comfort. Will try somewhere else next time.

We sent a message on the first night requesting additional pillows, however the message wasn't answered. I went to the front desk the next morning and asked for pillows and advised they could then disregard the message, they finally responded at that point. The pool was advertised as heated, however it was freezing. There was a fire alarm that went off at 2:00 am on Sunday, we had to evacuate the room but there was no direction or communication from the hotel regarding the cause. Our tub drain wouldn't shut, to hold water. Our sink drain wouldn't lift, we manually had to move the silver piece underneath the sink. The hotel was clean, other than the stuff mentioned above it was an okay stay.

The "hot breakfast" was powdered eggs, biscuits and gravy.. with regular continental breakfast items. Not great.
Arrived at 9 pm.. got settled/ unpacked and tried taking a shower...but NO Hot water.. had to repack and move the family up to 3rd floor.
