停车场只有一个出口。电梯要花很长时间才能到达下一楼层，而且总是满员。每层楼的制冰机都坏了。

入住手续办理得很快，前台除了早上的早餐什么都没跟我沟通。我问了泳池开放时间，被告知因为维修而关闭了。我们选择这家酒店就是为了泳池。我们开了三个多小时的车，结果孩子们却失望了。泳池一直没开放，水是绿色的，而且很脏。我们的房间和预订时一样大，但门锁用胶带粘着，而且坏了。浴帘是薄衬，不是真正的浴帘，而且有破洞。空调和电梯都有一股难闻的气味。本来应该是一次愉快的家庭度假，结果却令人沮丧。
