Really simple room set up, nothing extra, no decor at all. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. There was no lotion, just soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Quick stayover in Richmond at this lovely, quiet property. Small, indoor saltwater pool, open late, was the perfect ending to a long day. Staff does need to stay on top of the dirty towels that accumulated and restock new towels (had to go to the desk for this). Visited the complimentary breakfast shorty after opening and they were already out of eggs though everything else was fresh and stocked. Adequate for a quick bite. Only real complaint was the bed and pillows-not comfortable at all and not up to Marriott standards. Quite disappointing, made for a restless night.
Overall, nice stay, nice staff, good location.

This would have been a five star review if the manager Jennie Gold would at least responded to my email. We came for the pool only. Just to check in and find out it was closed due to the heater being broken. Nothing on the website stated this. We stayed for two nights and wasn’t accommodated in anyway. It was my five year olds birthday and he was highly disappointed. Jennie could have at least responded at bare minimum.
