The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Hubby and I had a "local" night away with no kiddos and it was peaceful. Slightly disappointed in the shower, the shower head was dirty and it squealed when turned on. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!

我们被换到了五楼的房间，因为原先的房间没打扫而且有人住过。第二天早上醒来时，发现我们所有东西上都是小蚂蚁，这可是五楼啊！
我的房间很宽敞，但真的没什么特别之处。所有的肥皂和沐浴用品都固定在墙上，拿取很不方便。房间里没有玻璃杯，只有塑料杯用来盛水或其他冷饮。
我入住期间举办了几次派对。派对后的第二天早上，通往大堂的主走廊地板上仍然堆满了垃圾（掉落的塑料叉子、蛋糕碎屑和爆掉的气球）。这看起来不太符合你的品牌形象，而且杂乱无章的外观反映出一种漠不关心的态度。
总体来说不错
总体来说体验不错。唯一的例外是一部电梯坏了，而且从凌晨 3:10 到 3:30 左右还响起了误报火警。看来维修人员在维修方面有点懈怠。
早餐价格不贵，但质量也说明了原因。
幸运的是，其他更重要的因素都非常好
超级吵，客房服务人员早上7点就开始摔门，还互相喊叫。我跟前台反映过，能不能避免早上摔门，但情况没有任何改善。
