Excellent stay. Only drawbacks were not enough light in the room and the water in the bathroom sink ran too slow. Room was clean and bed was nice. Heating and AC were very nice. TV was nice too.

I’m deeply disappointed with how this hotel handled our situation. A few days before our arrival, I wrote to customer support and directly to the hotel, explaining that my father had passed away and we could not come. I asked to move our stay by just a couple of weeks — not to cancel, just to reschedule — but no one ever responded. Ignoring a grieving guest is heartless and completely unprofessional. I will never stay at this hotel again and would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.

Door to my room had 2 chains and a deadbolt and I still was terrified to stay here. Surprised my car wasn't stolen from the parking lot.

The property clealy had some upgrades but not a full upgrade. The rooms did not have ample lighting and the tun and shower showed years of wear. The staff were feiendly and very helpful.

Bad practices
I rented the room because I was fishing and need a place for my boat and to hook up my battery and they said no problem, when I got there they didn’t have a room on first floor, so not happy with overbooking
