The hotel was fine but unfortunately the room smelled like someone had been smoking in there. We mentioned this to the front desk.

My room was pretty spacious stocked with different kitchen necessary such as pots pans plateware etc. The bathroom had its own shampoo conditioner and bidy wash, different from the standard mini bar of soap. Honestly, surprised with how much the room had to offer for a single. There was also a gym on the first floor, which is great if you find the time to utilize it. Overall, i enjoyed my experience and would book again if in town.

Short stay 2 nights. Went to Coastal Credit Amphitheater for Dylan and Willie Nelson.

No hot water. No ice machine. HVAC was either ice cold or too hot. Very hard to regulate. Room was supposed to be cleaned at least once while I was there (for a week) and was not. Had to pay in full up front, otherwise, I would have left after one day.

At first glance, my husband and I found the property excellent for our stay. While unpacking, we later found a number of cleaning issues that we had to take care of ourselves. Due to the inability to change rooms, we were refunded a portion of our stay which we deemed acceptable. After departing, I was pleased with how quickly the manager contacted me (because of my complaints) in order to address our concerns. She apologized and respectfully listened to my detailed discrepancies in order to resolve/prevent such undesirable cleaning issues for guests in the future.

this property. was decent, they have really smalls beds. online it shows KING size available, but once there they state they only have Queen size, and when you enter the room the beds are truly DOUBLE.

Nice big rooms, very comfortable bed. Only small compaint is the smell of the hotel is heavy cleaning supplies. I would try a softer fragrance if possible.

Enjoyed a comfortable weekend stay at Candlewood Suites in Raleigh. The room was clean, efficient, and well-equipped for a short trip. Great value and quiet atmosphere—perfect for a quick getaway or business visit.
