Pool was foul smelling and dirty looking. Kids didnt want to get in, which was the purpose of the stay

Great Place to Stay
Amazing, wife loved the room with a kitchen, it felt and smelled like new all over, this will be our hub stoop for our monthly travels. The Breakfast was fantastic like being at home. Only issue nickle and dime the cutomer to pay for parking , its crazy.

Ideal airport hotel
This is a great airport hotel, very close to Richmond International. The hotel is clean and comfortable and priced right.

Yearly visit
I have been staying at this hotel for over 10 years when I visit. It’s my favorite it’s close to the airport always get a shuttle from the hotel to the airport. I do miss the dinners you used to serve!!!

They tried to give excuse but excuses don’t fix it
They advertised pool and hot tub. Pool was disgusting hot tub was not operational. We got no room service at all. Have been coming there for years but this was the worse!! I was wondering why I hadn’t seen anyone in the pool. On the second day I went to the pool and saw why!! My stay was based on the pool and room service. I got neither!

Everything was perfect. I had a two room adjoining suite. No complaints about the rooms.

When we first checked in, the clerk was very rude and was on his cell phone. Another woman behind the counter had to finish checking us in because she saw we were being ignored even after he started our check in.
The pool was greenish
They "forgot" to clean my room. And then made me gather all linens and deliver them to the front desk before they would give me more.
There were ants all over our room and the window leaked water right in when it rained. (See photos)

我们预订的房型可以。但我们入住时（2023年圣诞期间）酒店有部分房间在装修，一层过道有装修味道。酒店对面有家墨西哥餐厅很不错。酒店早餐时间比起其它酒店收餐时间太早，我们按平时习惯下去时已无早餐。希望以后去这家酒店的客人一定要问清楚早餐时间。
